Ao planejar uma iluminação do banheiro instalação, é importante considerar primeiro os regulamentos de construção do país e seu guia de classificação de IP (proteção de ingresso).
Observe estes regulamentos básicos relativos à iluminação do banheiro. Outras precauções podem ser necessárias.
Principais regulamentos de PI:
Zona 0 - Dentro da banheira ou chuveiro. Quaisquer conexões usadas aqui devem ser SELV (Tensão Extra Baixa Separada - máx. 12 Volts) e ter uma classificação mínima de IPX7 (IP67) (protegida contra imersão em água - à prova de imersão total)
Zona 1 - Acima da banheira ou chuveiro a uma altura de 2,25m É necessária uma classificação mínima de IPX4(IP44). Nesta zona, se houver probabilidade de uso de jatos de água para fins de limpeza, é necessário um mínimo de IPX5. Além disso, sujeito à classificação IP, luminárias SELV ou 240V podem ser usadas nesta zona; se a conexão for de 240 volts, um dispositivo de corrente residual de 30 mA (RCD) também deve ser usado para proteger o circuito nesta zona.
Zona 2 - A área que se estende até 0,6 m fora da banheira ou chuveiro e acima da banheira ou chuveiro até 2,25 m É necessária uma classificação IP de pelo menos IPX4(IP44).
